The greatest staff and the best service!! I've been to to other Shake Shacks but this one is always so nice and accommodating. Me and my daughters burgers are always delicious. It's her favorite location. Give everyone a raise!

I visit this Shake Shack location every once in a while for a cheat meal, and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. This time, I was especially impressed with the service from Terri, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything or drink refills, and even took our trays away for us. Terri’s positive spirit stood out she was all smiles, wished us a happy holidays, and brought so much cheer with her holiday hat and lights. It’s service like this that makes me want to come back even sooner for my next cheat meal. Thanks, Terri, and Shake Shack, for an awesome visit!

I was very pleasantly surprised. I love that they have a good amount of vegetarian options, you definitely don’t see that a lot in fast food. You do have to order on a kiosk (I don’t have an issue with it but I know some people do), but the person who brought us our food was very sweet and even came back later to check on us. Will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! The burgers were cooked to perfection with a nice crisp on the sides. Terry also was so awesome. She was super nice and helpful!! Would definitely come here again

Shake Shack never disappoints, but their Spicy Chicken Burger is next level—crispy, juicy, with just the right amount of heat. If you’re in Orlando and looking for a chill spot with outdoor seating (especially if you have your dog with you!), this place is perfect. Easy parking is a huge plus too. Great food, great vibes, and super pet-friendly. Will definitely be back!

Today was my first time trying Shake Shack. The food was warm and delcious. The cheese fries w/ bacon were excellent!!! The burgers were juicy and flavorful. This location was very clean, and well maintained. My daughter had a Vanilla shake either whip cream and malt in it. She enjoyed it very much!! My Coke was perfect with a lot of fizz! We will definitely be back!!!

Good fresh food, attentive service and clean restaurant. I had the Avocado Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious, the cheese fries were good but the sauce was a little cold, still delicious!

This was my first time at a Shake Shack, and I’m very pleased with the whole experience! The order wrong was very simple and straightforward, got our own table and waited for the food. The restaurant was very clean and kept tidy, many seating options. The food was delivered by a staff member who was very friendly! As a vegetarian the options at burger places is limited and their veggie burger was amazing, the crispy onions were the prefect crunch that I’m always looking for in a burger! Overall, great experience and will try another location next time we are in the US.
